Isaiah Resto

Meet Coach Isaiah Resto, former Silverbacks and Mustangz Coach, and a passionate basketball enthusiast from Spanish Harlem, NYC. Basketball has been a cornerstone of Coach Isaiah’s life since he was 5 years old. His journey has taken him from local recreation leagues to club/AAU basketball, culminating in a stellar career as a 4-year varsity starter at St. Agnes Boys High School and Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School. In his senior year, he led his team to its first-ever PSAL City Championship in 2014.

Since transitioning from player to mentor, Coach Isaiah has been a positive force in the basketball community. Specializing in coaching and training, he has been refining the skills of aspiring athletes, adults, and youth since 2020. His expertise has earned him a reputation as a top-tier Basketball Skills Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

A proud alumnus of SUNY Oswego, Coach Isaiah graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2018, reflecting his dedication to both the sport and academic excellence.

For Coach Isaiah, basketball is more than just a game; it’s his purpose. His journey fuels a profound passion for guiding young talents to reach their fullest potential, inspiring them to surpass their limits and fostering a deep sense of self-belief.
